Автоматический менеджер паролей и заполнитель форм с немалым искусственным интеллектом. Персональные данные пользователя вводятся один раз и потом любая форма на любом сайте заполняется одним нажатием кнопки. РобоФорм может заполнять формы на разных языках, в том числе и на русском. Можно иметь несколько персон, а также запоминать любую форму и заполнять из заполненного - это удобно для запоминания паролей.
Программа может быть настроена и на заполнение специфических форм (используя механизм Options). Например, опция App Upload автоматизирует заполнение длинных форм на сайтах, содержащих программное обеспечение.
Есть у Робоформа и многие другие весьма полезные возможности. К примеру, RoboForm может сам создавать пароли: где надо, он введет старые имя и пароль, а на новой веб-странице создаст новые. Еще одна интересная функция - умение читать и заполнять формы на нескольких языках (русском, английском, немецком, французском, итальянском и голландском), причем достаточно выбрать страну из списка "Страна" при инсталляции, и программа будет общаться с вами и заполнять формы на вашем языке.
